ARLINGTON LAW OFFICE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ARLINGTON LAW OFFICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (ii) $100 USD. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
