Mr. Mastin received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) in 1991 from the Western New England School of Law. Admitted in 1991, Mr. Mastin did his first practice in the State of Massachusetts and now practice in the Great State of California.

MBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst

Bachelor of Art, Psychology from University of California, Berkeley
